Individual membership is open to everyone engaged in the teaching or administration of English courses at any two-year college, to those engaged in the teaching of English during the first two college years, to any retired or inactive English teachers, and to all others interested in such teaching.

The membeship dues will be set by the State Executive Committee and will be paid annually by all members. Only members whose dues are paid are eligible to run for the SEC or to vote on any matters that come before TYCA-KY.
